1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of PET Vision Community (the "Platform"), operated by VariaX Solutions. By creating an account you agree to them, to the Code of conduct and to the Privacy policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Platform is intended for professionals, trainees and students in nuclear medicine, radiology, imaging technology, allied radiological sciences, medical physics, radiopharmacy and imaging AI.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and use two-factor authentication where your role requires it.
Verification badges reflect checks performed at a point in time; they are not a licence to practise.

3. Professional content and patient data

You must never upload identifiable patient information. All images pass an automatic de-identification check that blocks uploads containing identifiers, but you remain responsible for what you share.
Content is shared for education and professional discussion. It is not medical advice for any individual patient and does not replace the treating team's decisions.
You confirm you have the right, and any required consent, to share the material you post.

4. Your content and licences

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant VariaX Solutions a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it on the Platform. Journal articles are published under the open licence chosen at acceptance (CC BY 4.0 by default or CC BY-NC 4.0).

5. Acceptable use

No harassment, spam, promotion of unapproved products, scraping, attempts to bypass security or de-identification, or impersonation. Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VariaX Solutions is not liable for clinical decisions taken on the basis of community content.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify members of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
